At last, a wellbeing retreat that isn’t about deprivation or fads but instead is a sensory journey of nourishment in a beautiful French home.


NOURISH is a holistic wellness experience which combines nutrition discussions with seasonal wholefood, plant-based meals. Balanced movement is also honoured, including mindful walking before breakfast to kickstart the circadian rhythm, guided meditation and yoga. Workshops in sleep management add an educational element, sharing gems of information to help repair broken sleeping patterns and aid recovery after prolonged periods of stress.

Registered nutritionist and full-time wellness expert Fiona has designed this luxurious rural escape to share her knowledge on how to enjoyably and sustainably improve your overall health. June is such an abundant season which can teach us so much about the value and joy of living in harmony with nature.

Holistic chef and educator Hayley will be your retreat chef and guide to delicious wholefood, plant based cooking. Hayley skilfully weaves her background as a Yoga, Qi Gong and Movement practitioner/teacher together into everything that is created in the kitchen. She approaches cooking as a spiritual and mindfulness practice that elevates the act of cooking. The retreat will include a guided visit and tasting in Manoir Mouret's extensive potager with its abundant seasonal produce.

Expect a wholesome, accessible approach to food, far away from fads, which both satisfies and nourishes. As is traditional in France, Hayley prepares the main meal of the day at lunchtime following an eating pattern which many believe supports our bodies’ natural rhythms. The retreat also offers a visit to a local market to meet producers, source ingredients and then create a ‘farm to fork’ meal together.

In your free time perhaps you’ll want to..... play tennis, swim in the heated pool, enjoy the gardens, walk in the surrounding vineyards, treat yourself to massage or journal in a quiet cosy corner. The choice is yours!
