We know how hard it can be to find “me time” in our busy world & have designed this retreat with you in mind! The fantastic facilities at Manoir Mouret & the peaceful surroundings give you the perfect setting to dive deeper into understanding your body, how it moves & how you want it to move for years to come.
Our Team is led by Asha, an amazing personal trainer & yoga teacher with over 15 years’ experience of helping clients in London & Hong Kong.

My overarching goal is simple, to help people feel good in their bodies. By thoughtfully creating a personalised combination of strength training, yoga/Qi Gong and mobility work people can improve their wellbeing, and with it, their enjoyment for life.”
